A kickboxing programme for women only.
This is the GrX Group Exercise Programme, a fitness class based on the moves
from their full Empowerment Programme.
You’ll burn up to 800KCAL per session and learn kick ass skills!!!

This is a monthly subscription plan to individualised, tailored and personal coaching, direct from one of our trainers.
The awesome thing about this is that you can be accountable to someone and train around your own work:life schedule, train in your own (or) local gym, studio or even at home!
Our main featured programmes WILL get you results.
They’re perfect for shredding fat, they’re perfect for getting stronger, for gaining confidence and you can train with your friends!!
We block book 6 weeks at a time so that you can gain the most from the programmes in a short duration.

We have some of the best personal trainers in Warwickshire available. With an accumulative 30 years experience in Exercise and Kickboxing Prescription, your health and fitness is is safe hands.
01. Initial Meeting
Typically at our office and consultation room on Sheep Street. We take this opportunity to get to know each-other and try to evaluate if we could have the right dynamics to help you achieve your goals.
02. Building the assessment.
This process takes place away from you, and is our opportunity to look through our notes & to tailor an assessment that will specifically help us design the route to help you reach your goal at a faster pace.
In, order to improve your body, you need to work close to your threshold, otherwise you will not cause the adaptations you need to see a result. The closer you can get to this threshold, and the more specific the threshold is to your goal, then the quicker you will get to your result.
Whilst I understand that all plans could change session by session, I do believe that getting the structure correct up front, is a must.
Based on all of the information gathered, we now build a programme around your budget, aimed at getting you to your goal as fast as we can and within your time and other limitations.
When we build a programme, we endeavour to stay precise enough to get you to your goal, but vague enough to allow a change each session so you enjoy them and want to come back.
The outline of the programme is presented to you, the client, often by email, then an agreement on training is made, and you start your training programme.
We even have the facility to offer you your own private studio to train in on the days you’re not with a trainer! (How awesome is that?!)
04. Continual Observation Assessments
Keeping you close to your threshold is important, and as you get fitter or as your lifestyle changes, we need to make sure your programme is adapted appropriately.
