Personal Training Terms
Briefly, in addition to the above ‘Honest Terms’, this applies to the Monthy payers for Personal Training AND Classes.
We’re still only humans and need time off. The fact that you pay on a monthly subscription, not only means you divide that by 4 and that’s the cost per session but it guarantees that we will not give your space to anyone else. Please don’t ask us to double up your sessions if it’s your fault they’re missed.
We also factor into this fee:
- Program Writing Time
- Diet Writing Time
- Progress Checking
- Report Creation
- Studio Time if you book a private slot
- Additional Classes
We, the personal training business, work on a 49 week year. Meaning that the subscriptions, again, may not equate to what you may think. We need holidays too. We will always endeavour to cover sessions with another trainer when possible but can’t guarantee.
We always close between Christmas and New year. On occasion, perhaps a trainer will stay open for you and offer you to train but it’s not a guarantee. Each trainer will also have a week off sometime in the year for a holiday. Down time equals decent mental health and more care to you as the client.
If you’ve subscribed to a class on a monthly fee, the same terms apply. Highlighting the following:
- If you are a no show, don’t expect to have the next one for free.
- We don’t do refunds.
- Sometimes there are 5 weeks in a month, bonus! Mostly there are only 4. Simple maths.
- Please let us know if you can’t make it so we can start promptly
- If you’re sick, please don’t come in and spread the non-love germs. Covid guidelines aside, common sense please.
- Speak to the trainer if you’re unsure of any terms

Session Disclaimer (always applicable, every class, every session, every week):
I am aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise program may be injurious to my health, am voluntarily participating in a physical activity.
Having such knowledge, I hereby acknowledge this release, any representatives, agents and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program.

SAUNA TERMS
The same, deep Terms and conditions apply when booking as above, however to summarise Sauna specific (including Peloton use), please see the bullets below:
- If you book it, please show up.
- No refunds will be offered for missed sessions
- Sit on a towel (provided)
- Bring a second towel to wipe yourself down with
- Don’t get stuck in the sauna
- Please wear clothing (swimwear is ideal)
- Please wear headphones for the Peloton (ask a staff member to show you how to connect)
- The alloted slot is 30 mins for Sauna and 60 for the Soin & Sweat. Please be punctual and prompt.
- We endevour to have the Sauna ready for you the second you walk in but occasionally it may not have reached the ideal temp.
