Coaching with one of us, live, face to face, in person!

This package also has ALL of the benefits of Online Coaching as a support system to the Face 2 Face Sessions.

This subscription is based around 1 x session per week in the studio or virtual room.

Additional sessions can be discussed at the initial consultation.

Why PT (Personal Training)?

More and more people are turning to Personal Trainers to achieve their goals in fitness and lifestyle.

You need to be careful in the choice of trainer that you have.  There are literally thousands out there so how do you know who to go with?

Collectively, we’ve been trainers in the fitness industry for over 20 years, teaching Martial Arts for longer,  teaching dance for longer and even teaching & conditioning horse riders.

We treat sessions like play time and use a multitude of toys to keep the sessions alive and kicking!

This is a monthly subscription plan to individualised, tailored and personal coaching, direct from your personal coach. You (and your coach) will work as a team to set, aim for and reach your goals. The awesome thing about this is that you can be accountable to someone and train around your own work:life schedule, train in your own (or) local gym, studio or even at home! Providing you live within a 5 mile radius of the Studio (CV36 4AF) there will be no travel fees incurred outside of the subscription.

How it works:

    • We (a PTSOS coach and you) have a meeting where we discuss goals, potential barriers and etch out a rough plan between us and to be honest, see if we click.
    • We agree a timeline and diarise the sessions that I’m with you.
    • We send you an in-depth questionnaire or two that helps us determine your current nutritional and exercise status
    • We go away and build you a tailored workout regime and nutrition protocol to get you going.
    • You get access our ‘Personal Training Hub App’ to make logging your workouts and nutrition extremely easy.
    • You log your starting measurements and upload  2 photos. 1 facing the camera, one side-on to the camera.
    • We run some testing protocols that you log your results. This includes the afore mentioned questionnaire, our ‘nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire’.
    • Every day you will log your training and your nutrition.
    • Every Monday morning, you will log your updated measurements, for example, weight, body circumferences etc
    • This is where we will assess your progress and if needed, we will make any tweaks.

    Within this package, we meet face to face on a weekly basis. You will have your coach’s phone number and will have unlimited support throughout our journey.
