These are bound by the subscriptions set up to the company and releveant fees agreed upon by you and your trainer at the time of commencement.

The Personal Training Agreement/Contract/Terms button is for 1:1 Personal Training Sessions.

The 6 Week Challenge Agreement/Contract/Terms button is for the 6 week Group Personal Training (GPT) Challenge.

The Long Terms Member Agreement/Contract/Terms button is for the 6 week GPT members who crushed the challenge and are firther pushing the limits of their potential. (Basically the cool cats who stayed on!)

Education Terms are those who are on a learning journey with us via our education training partner, the Universal Training Academy.

 

We’re (the trainers) still only humans and need time off. The fact that you pay on a monthly subscription, not only means you divide that by 4 and that’s the cost per session but it guarantees that we will not give your space to anyone else. Please don’t ask us to double up your sessions if it’s your fault they’re missed. 

We also factor into this fee:

  • Program Writing Time
  • Diet Writing Time
  • Progress Checking
  • Report Creation
  • Studio Time if you book a private slot
  • Additional Classes

We, the personal training business, work on a 49 week year. Meaning that the subscriptions, again, may not equate to what you may think. We need holidays too. We will always endeavour to cover sessions with another trainer when possible but can’t guarantee.

We always close between Christmas and New year. On occasion, perhaps a trainer will stay open for you and offer you to train but it’s not a guarantee. Each trainer will also have a week off sometime in the year for a holiday. Down time equals decent mental health and more care to you as the client.

If you’ve subscribed to a class on a monthly fee, the same terms apply. Highlighting the following: 

  • If you are a no show, don’t expect to have the next one for free.
  • We don’t do refunds.
  • Sometimes there are 5 weeks in a month, bonus! Mostly there are only 4. Simple maths.
  • Please let us know if you can’t make it so we can start promptly
  • If you’re sick, please don’t come in and spread the non-love germs. Covid guidelines aside, common sense please.
  • Speak to the trainer if you’re unsure of any terms

Session Disclaimer (always applicable, every session, every class, every week):

I am aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise program may be injurious to my health, am voluntarily participating in a physical activity.

Having such knowledge, I hereby acknowledge this release, any representatives, agents and successors from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in the said physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program.
